A DOSE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND A PINT OF FRENCH WAYS…

Or should I say ‘a dose of French and a pint of photography’?! Does it matter? It's alchemy of life… You choose to have a dose of this and a pint of that; or a pint of that and a dose of this...
Well, I would like to celebrate life and alchemy… Recently I found this fantastic French photographer that has become a great inspiration to me. His photographs are romantic, candid and graceful. Henri Cartier-Bresson: considered to be the father of photojournalism. For me: he is the ‘poet of photography’. It's interesting that before I came to discover Henri Cartier-Bresson, I used to photograph very similarly to his style… It’s been pure intuition to photograph people in their environment and in their magnificent moments… When I found out that I was imitating this legend of photography without knowing anything about the subject of  “photojournalism” or his personal style, it reminded me again that art is nothing more than just an imitation after imitation… because art is an imitation of life, and life imitates art.
